Report your water meter reading

Through the online Kulutus-Web service, you can report your water meter reading anytime and anywhere, provided you do not yet have a remotely readable water meter.

In Kulutus-Web, you can view the billed cubic meters and euros, as well as an estimate of your payments for the upcoming year. The service does not display historical meter readings.

You can report your water meter reading on March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31. In this case, your bill will be based on actual consumption instead of an estimated charge.

To access the Kulutus-Web service, you will need your consumption point number (kulutuspiste in Finnish) and water meter number (vesimittarinumero in Finnish). These identifiers can be found on your water bill or your water meter reading card. Using these identifiers ensures that your meter reading is recorded for the correct consumption point.
