Board of Directors and Executive Management
The term of office for Seinäjoen Energia’s Board of Directors is four years. The Annual General Meeting elects the board members. The City Board of Seinäjoki nominates candidates for the board. In addition, Seinäjoen Energia’s employee groups elect a representative from among themselves to the board in alternating years.
Seinäjoen Energia Oy and Seiverkot Oy share the same board. The board’s regular members are:

Executive Management
Vesa Hätilä serves as CEO of Seinäjoen Energia. The Seinäjoen Energia Group includes the subsidiary Seiverkot Oy and five business units. Vesa Hätilä is also CEO of the subsidiary Seiverkot Oy, and Martti Ijäs is its Business Director.
The heads of the business units together with Seiverkot Oy’s Business Director and the CEO form the Group’s management team. The Group management team comprises:
