Disruption notifications to your phone

We will inform the properties in the area in advance of planned work interruptions concerning water and district heating by text message, in addition to the disruption notifications on our website. We will inform you of sudden disruptions as soon as possible. Seiverkot’s customers also have their own disruption message service for power outages.

Please notice: We have introduced the new SMS service F24 for sending disruption notifications concerning water and district heating. If you have previously subscribed to disruption notifications on your phone through the old system, your information has been automatically transferred over to the new system. This means that you do not need to resubscribe to disruption notifications.

We automatically send disruption text messages to all residents over the age of 16 whose telephone number and address are public. This way, it is not necessary to subscribe to the disruption text messages separately. Public telephone numbers registered at the addresses in the disruption area are automatically retrieved via number enquiry and from Seinäjoen Energia’s customer database.

If you have a secret or blocked number or a workplace subscription, you must register your number in order to receive disruption notifications.

The owner of a rental or leisure apartment, such as a summer cottage, can also register their telephone number at the address of their choice, even when their permanent address is elsewhere.
